• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Worked with Federal Clients, State clients, clinical, Pharmaceutical, commercial pharmaceutical, Finance/Banking and etc; • Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as finding the right consultant based on the requirement/job description of the client, and contacting him directly or passively, providing the full job description to the consultant to shortlist him. • Day to day responsibilities include job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, formatting resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-up with candidates and hiring managers, salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, coordinate with HR/Accounts for New hire process. • Responsible to convince the consultant/employer to the rate given by the client. • Working on different profiles and mapping best suitable candidate for the requirement • Training new employees both technically and customer service oriented
