After completing Graduation in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.-Mech) in 1997, I have worked for more than 17 years, mostly in Automotive Industry in Design and New Product development domain mainly in Mechanical side

Worked in Product design and New Product Development (NPD) domain at Minda Group for around five years and in Uniparts group for more than three years. Worked as Head of Department for Engineering and NPD for two and a half years at Gripwel fasteners, a Uniparts group company and more tha one year at Allied Nippon Ltd. Carried out PPAP approvals from customers as per APQP procedure.Also shouldered additional responsibility of Project Management
