15 years plus rich experience in Product QA and Application Security.Around 10 years of experience with one of the best companies,Adobe Systems.Worked on Products,like Acrobat,RoboHelp,Technical Communication suite.Have been responsible for setting up teams from the scratch, mentoring them and guiding them to make very high quality releases.For 5 years have been responsible for setting up a TCOE as well as running the application security program.

Mar’10 – Mar’15 :CPA Global, Noida AVP-Product Engineering As AVP-Product Engineering Aug’12-Mar'15 •At CPA Global, heading the QA for products (Inprotech, Memotech and FoundationIP and Discover). •Responsibilities involve defining strategic vision for QA activities, creating a Testing Centre for excellence and taking care of all the QA for the Software Solutions. •Also responsible for Application Security across products-Trainings, building security champions, secure coding guidelines,SSDL, assessments and follow up were a few of my responsibilities. Ltd Manager Quality •As Manager (Quality)-Jan’06-Mar-‘10 •Distinction of heading the QA Department for new client server products and 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 releases of RoboHelp with a team of 12 Software Engineers; contributing to Technical Communication Suites 1 and 2. •Merit of being the first person in QA for streamlining RoboHelp and related products. Led Help Authoring Solution which helped in reviving the product. •Successfully established the team and managed releases of RoboHelp. •Managed QA for the 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 releases of RoboHelp and RoboHelp end of the QA for 1.0 and 2.0 releases of Technical Communication Suite. •Actively involved in all the PLC activities right from conceptualisation stage till GM. •Significant contribution in coordinating automation efforts for the team, handling customer issues and allocating work and resources amongst team members in an appropriate manner.
