IIT graduate in Mechanical Engineering with over 6 years experience in managerial roles spanning Program management, Project management and Software Quality Control. He also holds a Masters degree from Syracuse University, NY, USA.

Ananth worked with both medium and large software MNCs in various roles including project management and program management. He worked with US and European customers as well in an outsourcing context and was involved in end to end project initiation, software development, testing, validation and delivery. 

Over his career span, Ananth was involved in hiring and selection of several software development and testing engineers. Upon selection of candidates, he was involved in the training and induction of the engineers into the software testing and developmental projects. During their careers, he was involved in the appraisals and career development of the engineers, Project Leaders and Project Managers.

His technical areas of expertise include C, C++, Testing and Test Automation. Over his career span his job roles involved working with MNCs, in global dispersed locations covering project and program management in addition to hiring and technical team development.
