Job Role/Responsiblity:

Should be able to manage End to end hiring, strong stakeholder management skills and meet targeted AOP.

Job Description:
Will require to work closely to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies and to provide a qualified candidate pool that support our engagements.
Manpower Planning and Budgeting as per the annual hiring plan
Lead regional hiring for Sales and Software Services
Monthly Dashboard of TA activities (including source mix and cost analysis)
Data Sanctity :- Ensure accuracy of Data of all IJP/AOP/RRF/Offered
Follow-Ups with all offered candidates to ensure they join on time, and to understand if they have any challenge or issue in relocation or joining.
Market mapping of similar industry and their best practices (structure, compensation, skill) inputs from respective TA executive and from self-channels across
Services Track BGV Report and ensure all the recruiters initiate BGV of offered cases. Share the updated BGV report with TA Head on fortnightly basis.
On boarding :- Documentation, Induction planning and coordination, Inter departmental coordination.
