Mandatory : Online Sales/ Ad Sales experience
Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of, Zonal Managers and Account Managers for new client acquisitions and own their targets
Create / maintain excellent relationships with clients/all stakeholders and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications. Follow up with leads aggressively
Articulate competitive positioning and focus on value selling, solicit feedback on product and services
Give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales. Keep devising new sales strategy for the team to counter competition
Interact regularly with team, motivate them and ensure quality performance is delivered every day
Comply with sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity.
