People Management
ï‚· Leading team of 10-12 retail executives and 3-5 distribution leads for given geography
ï‚· Responsible for coaching and skill development of team members
ï‚· Responsible for induction and handholding of new joinees
Distributor Lifecycle Management
ï‚· Responsible for developing distribution strategy and blue print for respective territory
ï‚· Ensure appointment of real good partners into the system
ï‚· Responsible for Induction and onboarding of distributors
ï‚· Handling low performing channel partners and working out future action plan
ï‚· Ensure timely NDC and Full n Final of channel partners
Knowledge Management
ï‚· Coaching team (Distribution lead & Retail Executive) on processes, policies & soft skills
ï‚· Ensure team is up to date on technology, products and systems
ï‚· Identifying & developing new business opportunities
ï‚· Leading special projects and ensure on time delivery
Outlier Handling
