Job Role/Responsiblity:
Distributor Lifecycle Management ï‚· Responsible for managing 2-5 channel partners in specified territory ï‚· Appointment of new channel partners ï‚· Ensure distributor infrastructure like billing & system, Office & warehousing space, Sales executive and delivery boys as per the norms ï‚· Regular updation of retail universe and working out route and beat plan for best coverage Knowledge Management ï‚· Responsible for distributor induction and onboarding ï‚· Training channel partner manpower on products, processes, system & policies Material Management ï‚· Manage order to delivery and replacement cycle ï‚· Ensure secondary billing as per placement norms ï‚· Action on non-adherence if reported by retail executive ï‚· Ensure liquidation of old inventory ï‚· Responsible for channel issues like damaged stock, delayed delivery, claim settlement etc. Audit ï‚· Ensure accuracy of Secondary done to retailers ï‚· Ensure & check channel manpower as per norms ï‚· Check for proper adherence to beat plan and outlet coverage
