Magicbricks is looking for a Mobile Head for our Mobile Apps team to oversee development on our next generation product. In this role, you will mentor and lead a strong team of Android and IOS developers and be a central point of contact in collaborating with design and product teams. You will be key in code review, test and team development and growth. As a team lead you will need to set the standard for code quality, make architectural decisions, mentor developers, and shape our development culture. You’ll be responsible for the development of an entire product line, and have the freedom to drive it in the direction you think is correct for business. Responsibilities :: Understand mobile application development and best practices for the design of complex mobile software An experience in delivering mobile applications and managing release schedules You will work on providing direction and technical expertise in design, development and system integration. You should be able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation You will need to identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability You will be required to partner with external vendors and internal teams to develop and deliver product solutions You will lead the design and / or development of interfaces with various third party and internal sources You will need to assume responsibility and accountability for product management and all resources and deliverables produced ensuring on time delivery and management, including third parties Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members and Interview candidates and hire resources would also be a key component in the process You will be responsible for delivering or leading the development of solutions for Android apps, iOS and/or Win8 Skills and Experience :: Prior heading mobile team of IOS and Android experience in must Desired Skills: A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, learning new skills and methodologies, and working under pressure.
