Framework knowledge (Hybrid, Keyword, hybrid),Knowledge of testing framework (Ex Test NG, JUnit etc),Automation estimation,ROI calculation,Metrics to measure the automation effectiveness,Knowledge of various tools for automation framework stack like Selenium, Appium, TestNg , AutoIT, TestComplete, QTP etc.,Automation as part of CI (DevOps),Designing Performance Testing Scenarios and Plans,Estimation of effort and Capacity Planning,Performance benchmarking, monitoring and bug isolation
Educational Requirements:
B. Tech. M Tech, BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent from a top tier college.
Job Role/Responsiblity:
• Lead a team of test engineers who can design and develop highly scalable test automation frameworks
• Hands-on testing and test automation and must be passionate about testing and test design techniques
• Help in understanding client requirement preparing POC and demonstrating for sign off to the clients.
• Help in setting strategic agenda for the test automation team and translate the same in actionable plan and deliver on it.
• Mentoring team members and helping them grow along with the organization and align with the strategic direction of the company.
