Job Description:
Provides professional level support in several of the following areas: Recruitment -Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication to meet hiring needs on priority -Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner. -Managing orientation program for employee to the business and culture. Training -Set up a full-fledged training group in the organization, interface with internal stakeholders and external vendors for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate. -Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly. -Managing, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organization. Compensation and Benefits -To oversee payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient monthly payroll operation from HR side (variable compensation, special payments) -Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits. -Compile all data needed for the annual salary review and the annual performance appraisal analysis. -Provide recommendations and corrections as applicable Employee Relations -To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of employees and report them to the management team -To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication -To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all resigned employees and present analysis to the management team. -Conduct Rewards & Recognition programs to boost employees' morale -Implement and keep updated all HR policies and be responsible for statutory compliances Human Resource Information System -Research and bring in HRIS system helpful to HR and finance group. -Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System. -Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards). -Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Statutory Compliance, Administration and Facilities -Liaising labor laws (eg. PF and Gratuity/Shops & Establishment/Labor Contract Certificate/Municipal etc.) -Oversee maintenance of interiors/office premises, general maintenance. -Security, house-keeping management, employees' escalation -Vendor co-ordination, liaising with authorities, as and when required -Lease execution as and when required -Co-ordination with service providers.
