  • Get rating on various skills of the candidates for better shortlisting before further processing internally

This is how you can proceed as a company to start using services:
  1. You will first register as a company at BookMyInterview.in. The link to register is here.
  2. Thereafter, follow the two pathways given below:
For getting Experts for Screening Interviews:
  1. Write a mail to us or call us for bulk purchase of interview slots.
  2. The HR/Recruiter can assign the shortlisted candidates to the interviewers till the slots exhaust.
  3. The interviews would be done over a telephonic conference are coordinated by the company recruiter.
  4. The skill rating for each candidate will be available online and also an email notification will be sent out to the company.
  5. With the thresholds set by the company only relevant rated candidates will make to the next round internally.
For Job posting:
  1. Once you have registered you can go to the profile page and click “Job Posting” link on the left panel.
  2. Fill the form and click “Post Job” button at the bottom.
  3. Once this is done we will review the job at our end and if we find it appropriately worded then we will go ahead and let it be shown publicly.
  4. As candidates see the job they will apply and you will start to get email notifications and also see responses in your job posting dashboard.
  5. You will receive applicants of two kinds: RATED and NOT RATED.
  6. The rated are ones who have got a skill rating interview round done. These type have shown a higher level of further shortlisting at the company. The not rated ones are the ones who have not got skill rating interview done and applied. These show a poor shortlisting in further shortlisting at company.

BookMyInterview.in is a platform to connect the aspiring candidates and industry experienced professional experts for mock/skill rating interviews. The feedback that they get before they go for the actual interview will enable the candidates to work on the various areas, pitch on storing ones and work on weak ones, and hence improve their chances of selection in the actual interview. The rating that they get on the various skills assessed by the expert will be available to them and they can pick and choose which ones to show and not show. This rating can be shared via a unique url and password and can be downloaded as a table image or a PDF certificate which they can be put in their resume as achievement/certifications to make their resume competitive against others to get shortlisted.

  • Once registered, go to home page. Fill the form for interview booking. Once done, click submit button to send request for interview. (See below regarding what each fields means and what you need to fill in each field)
    1. Interview Type :
    2. Short : This is a short interview for around 15 mins in which detailed questioning by expert will be done and on the spot feedback given and this will help you get ready in a much better way for actual interview and grab your dream job.

      Medium : This is a medium interview for around 30 mins in which detailed questioning by expert will be done and on the spot feedback given and this will help you get ready in a much better way for actual interview and grab your dream job.

      Long : This is a long interview for around 45 mins in which detailed questioning by expert will be done and on the spot feedback given and this will help you get ready in a much better way for actual interview and grab your dream job.

    3. Job Title : The title of the job you are applying for. Like – Software Engineer, Member Technical Staff, Software Quality Engineer etc.
    4. Job Description : Each job you are applying for comes with a job description. Please mention that job description here.
    5. Functional Areas : The kind of area the job requires you to work in. Like a software product, software services, etc.
    6. Days preferred : The days of the week on which you can have the interview.
    7. Time preferred : The time on the above days when you are free to have the interview.
    8. Other Request/Info : Any other request or information that you want to send.
  • Alternatively you can click on “Our Experts” tab and look at various experts profiles. Click on the button “Get Interview” given below the expert profile and follow above steps.
  • You will get a mail at the email address given by you during registration for having send the request for interview.
  • BookMyInterview.in will find a suitable expert in the panel at its end to interview you.
  • Once a confirmation from an expert to interview you is obtained , you will get a mail with proposed date and time of your telephonic interview.
  • You need to reply back confirming the acceptance of the proposed date and time.
  • On receipt of the confirmation from you, a telephone number with an id and password will be shared with you to dial in at the proposed date and time.
  • At this date and time, you will be joined over telephone by the industry expert to interview you.
  • • Once the interview is done you will get :
    1. Rating Matrix which can be downloaded as an image and pasted on your resume
    2. A unique link and a password using which people seeing your resume can confirm if the rating is available at BookMyInterview.in
    3. A Certificate of Skill Rating as a PDF which can be downloaded and printed as a physical certification of your rated skills and can be attached with your resume or presented during interviews.
    4. For the above you can pick and choose which skills to show and not show.

  3. You will get an email at email-id mentioned by you. Once you confirm from that email-id, we will proceed with processing your registration.
  4. We will evaluate your form at our end and process further to take a decision to have you join as an expert and make your profile go public.
  5. You will get notified by BookMyInterview.in to interview the relevant candidates.
  6. Once the confirmation from your end to interview a candidate is obtained, you will get a mail with proposed date and time to conduct the telephonic interview.
  7. You need to reply back confirming the acceptance of the proposed date and time.
  8. On receipt of the confirmation from you, a telephone number with an id and password will be shared with you to dial in at the proposed date and time.
  9. At this date and time, you will be joined over telephone by the candidate to interview the candidate.
